Tim has been with Sanderson Weatherall for forty years and is an expert on property matters throughout The North of England. He acts for a number of private clients in addition to Property Companies and Pension Funds and has extensive contacts throughout the Property Industry.

With approximately 40 years experience in UK and International Markets Hugh has an international contact network and acts for a wide range of UK based Institutions, Property Companies, and PLC's.

Andrew has over 15 years of professional experience working predominantly in the North East and Yorkshire with a strong background working in the high street and out of town retail sectors. Andrew has been involved in some of the North East's most notable town centre and retail park redevelopments and his clients range from leading UK based property companies and institutions to HNW private individuals.

Peter has over 5 years experience working in investment. Having previously worked in the Leeds and Manchester offices he has a key understanding of the regional markets particularly in key regional cities including, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool, Bristol and Southampton.

Richard is a Partner in our Leeds office covering Office and Industrial Investment across Yorkshire. A Chartered Surveyor he has 16 years post qualification experience covering Investment, Business space Agency and Development consultancy

Peter has over 25 years of experience in the retail market. He has worked in both the agency and development sectors in all areas of the UK he has a broad range of experience on the High Street, in Shopping Centres and the Out of Town retail sector. Current clients include Institutions, Private Investors, Developers and Retailers
